DG Group, partnering with the main contractor, are proud of their association in delivering this first LDA, Local Development Authority, residential project and a milestone in the provision of social and affordable housing accommodation. The initiative, launched in conjunction with Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, targets the delivery of modern standard social and affordable accommodations constructed in traditional methodology to a “passive standard” of efficiency and comfort. Demanding standards in safety, quality and delivery are principled operating procedures for DGSL, meeting the project’s standards and the industry’s regulatory specifications.
